MCP Partner requires to maintain all required compliances / Governance (if any) / agreements / SLA with end customers. Our native SLA and SLO are entitled for any type of service credits only to MCP Partner. Therefore, its extremely important that MCP partner setup similar expectations according to these SLA with their end customers.

Duly signed Master Service Agreement, SLA and SLO Document, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), End User License Agreement (if applicable) either via manual processing / Click Through Agreement on partner portal will require from each qualified MCP partner.
